Plastic Profiles
MAC Plastics extrudes custom profiles in many shapes and sizes, including multi-hollow profiles up to 13 inches wide. Profiles can be manufactured from commodity thermoplastics and engineered filled resins based on the part, application, and production requirements.
ProductsPlastic Tubing/Pipe
MAC Plastics extrudes tubing and pipe from 1/4 inch OD to 12 inches OD with wall thicknesses from 0.030 inch to 0.750 inch. Tubing and pipe can be made from commodity thermoplastic resins such as rigid PVC, HDPE, polypropylene, and ABS, along with nylon and polycarbonate resins.
ProductsPlastic Rod
MAC Plastics extrudes solid plastic rod from nylon, polypropylene, HDPE, and related materials in various diameters. Most plastic rod programs are approximately 1/2 inch OD and are spooled on 2,000 ft. to 4,000 ft. spools or reels.
